Our goal

The Inspirational Mentorship pillar moves beyond checking boxes to building a high-trust, intentional support system that accelerates career clarity. Trainees will partner with mentors to co-create a flexible “Living Career Roadmap” that adapts as real life evolves.

Mentees will also join small, case-based group workshops led by industry professionals to strengthen communication and emotional intelligence and navigate their professional roles with confidence.

Be a BOLD mentor or mentee

As a BOLD Mentor:

    • 1-on-1 check-ins

    • Roadmap reviews

    • Workshop support

    • Leadership/coaching experience

    • Expanded network

    • 1hr/month, for 6 months

As a BOLD Mentee:

    • Be ready to explore professional identity

    • Work with mentors to identify passion and pivot plans

    • Attend workshops led by industry mentors

    • Career readiness

    • A wider network of like-minded individuals and mentors

    • 1hr/month, for 6 months
